This signature event honors the men and women of our Armed Forces whose service protects our freedoms and strengthens our coastal communities.

We are privileged to welcome Rear Admiral Erin E. O. Acosta as our keynote speaker. A career oceanographer and meteorologist, RDML Acosta has served in pivotal leadership roles across the Navy, including command of Fleet Weather Center Norfolk and the Naval Oceanography Anti-Submarine Warfare Center in Japan. She currently serves as Commander, Naval Meteorology and Oceanography Command at Stennis Space Center.
