4-Week Yoga Series
Join us this for OneZen Rising: Teen Yoga, a 4-week yoga series designed just for teens (ages 10-18)! Every Thursday at 4:30PM, we’ll move, breathe, and reset with fun and empowering yoga flows. This class blends strength, flexibility, and mindfulness to help teens de-stress, build confidence, and feel their best—on and off the mat. No experience needed—just come as you are!
- When: Thursdays at 4:30PM (4-week series)
- Where: OneZen Wellness
- Who: Teens (ages 10-18)
