Primary Care Office with services in physical and mental health.

Our mission: To provide compassionate and comprehensive medical and psychiatric care to individuals and families in the community. We are committed to promoting mental health and well-being, while addressing the physical and emotional needs of our patients.

Psychotherapy
Use of Cognition Behavior therapy and Holistic psychotherapy for a wide variety of mental health conditions and emotional challenges.

Medication Management
A strategy for engaging with patients and caregivers to create a complete and accurate medication list using the brown bag method.

Substance Abuse Help
Medical and mental addiction management with therapy and medication (Suboxone). Assistance with alcohol abuse as well.

Weight Loss
Managing the process of losing weight through a holistic approach through the use of a program individualized to the patient, with the help of science, diet, exercise guides, education, and medication. (Only accepting cash pay for this service.)

Psychiatric Evaluations
Providing assessment and management of mental health needs.

DOT Physicals
Driver of Transportation physicals. Health examination to ensure that drivers are physically, mentally, and emotionally fit to operate a commercial motor vehicle. This is required by the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA).

Primary Care
Providing preventative care and managed care through assessment, diagnosis, collaboration, and management to individuals with chronic and acute health conditions.
