We are a veteran owned and operated food trailer business based on the Gulf Coast of Mississippi. Specializing in Gourmet 1/4lb all-beef hot dogs and burgers, we also offer signature dishes such as our California burrito, smoked brisket tacos and our Cali style carne asada fries, all designed to satisfy a wide range of taste. We proudly serve at festivals, markets, pop-up events, colleges, cooperate functions, anniversaries. We will gladly cater our entire food trailer for your special day, for we are the old dogs with all the new tricks!!
