LONG BEACH CHAMBER OF COMMERCE PRESENTS BREAKFAST WITH MAYOR PIERCE 2025 AND ALINE DOHERTY CITIZEN O

MS GULF COAST - The Long Beach Chamber of Commerce Breakfast with Mayor Tim Pierce of the City of Long Beach was held on October 14th, 2025, at Coterie Long Beach.
First Responders of the Year Awards were presented, as well as Public Works Employee of the Year and the Aline Doherty Citizen of the Year Award.

The Long Beach School District was recognized for being ranked #1 in the state of Mississippi

• Amanda Branning received the 2025 Police Officer of the Year
• Lieutenant Mikael Ingram received the 2025 Firefighter of the Year
• Noah Esparza received the 2025 Paramedic Personnel of the Year
• Brian Atkinson received the 2025 Public Works of the Year Award

2025 Aline Doherty Citizen of the Year Award went to Carol Paola, Long Beach School District teacher. This award is presented annually to a resident or business owner of Long Beach, who through commitment to the community and through the spirit of volunteerism, has improved the quality of life in Long Beach and the Gulf Coast.
