 Front Counter Team Member – Join Our Bakery Family! 

Are you friendly, dependable, and have a love for all things sweet and baked fresh daily? We’re looking for a warm, upbeat individual to be the welcoming face of our bakery! As a Front Counter Team Member, you’ll be greeting customers, taking orders, handling payments, and helping keep the front-of-house running smoothly.

What You’ll Do:

• Greet customers with a smile and help them choose from our delicious selection of baked goods

• Take orders efficiently and accurately (in person and over the phone)

• Package treats with care and style

• Handle payments and operate the register

• Keep the front counter clean, organized, and fully stocked

• Assist with restocking and light cleaning duties as needed

We’re Looking For Someone Who:

• Loves people and has great customer service skills

• Is reliable, punctual, and a team player

• Has strong attention to detail

• Can work in a fast-paced environment and stay cool under pressure

• Previous retail or food service experience is a plus, but not required—we’re happy to train the right person!
